Polkadot Was the Blockchain Unicorn of 2020
To say 2020 was a breakout year for Polkadot would be an understatement. Over the past 12 months, Gavin Wood’s interoperable blockchain and parachain ecosystem finally started to deliver on the bold promise outlined in its 2017 ICO, when the much vaunted project raised a staggering $145 million. Indeed, there were so many milestones hit this year, it’s difficult to know where to begin.
